This topic is really serious and a lot of us don’t know how serious this is or how it affects us or someone that we may know that are close to us. When someone tells you they are depressed we may turn the other shoulder and say OK whatever you will get over it eventually. This is what we tell each other and It doesn’t work. It’s deeper and you have to find what works for you everyone is different. If someone tells you they need someone to talk to and you never speak with them or avoid them, this person could possibly be going through some things. This is why you should always be there for anyone who may need you to be there to either listen or give them some type of motivation.

I understand that everyone does go through their own situations and storms they may be battling. It is important to not overlook those around you that may be crying for help in the inside. You will be surprised how many people are all smiles on the outside but are dealing with depression and anxiety on the inside. I would like to say just be there for one another, check on your friends or family and make sure they are ok. If someone says that they are ok try to spend some time with them anyway, make them laugh out the blue it definitely helps. Some people may not speak out about what they are dealing with due to fear of being judged, or just feeling embarrassed it is important to know the signs. You may be struggling with this your self and just don’t know what it is or don’t know how to accept it. I will list some information below of signs of depression and or Anxiety. There are a few ways you can deal with your emotions if you experience some stress by taking a time out, Limit alcohol or caffeine, exercise, get sleep, maintain a positive attitude, talk to someone, give back to your community, Learn what triggers your stress or depression,  do your best, get help online, take deep breaths.
