Green Tea Ice Facial (This is great for the mornings leaves skin bright and fresh)
Ingredients:
Green tea bags
Hot water
Materials:
Teapot
Ice cube tray
Directions:
- Put green tea bags in teapot. Let it steep until tea is strong.
- Pour into an ice cube tray.
- Freeze ice cube tray.
- Remove cube and gently rub over face.
Avocado Face Mask (Great for dry skin)
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp honey
Directions:
- Scoop out avocado into bowl and mash.
- Mix in 1 tsp coconut oil.
- Add 2 tsp honey and stir well.
- Put mask on face for 10-15 minutes.
- Wash with warm water.
Coffee Exfoliant Scrub (Smells great, energy boost improving blood flow)
Ingredients:
2 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp coffee grounds
Directions:
- Mix together 2 tsp coffee ground and coconut oil.
- Exfoliate skin then rinse.
Coconut Sugar Scrub (dry skin, Hands or feet)
Ingredients:
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp sugar
Directions:
- Combine 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- Apply on dry skin then rinse.
