DIY Spa Treatment

Once a week for 20-30 minutes, sit in a hot bath that contains a handful of Epsom or sea salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil or peppermint oil, and a half cup of baking soda. You may be able to find bath salts that contain lavender that can substitute the oil but I recommend adding the oil itself for extra moisture.

This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress-related hormones, and balances your PH levels. Some people are against baths these days due to dirt etc. what you can do prior to your bath is get in the shower first then get into your sit down bath or you can rinse off in the shower after your bath. whichever your route sit back and enjoy this relaxation.

Fellas of course you can try this as well as Epsom salts helps with aches on your muscles or pains that you may be having. Don’t limit your self from not having relaxation or relieving stress. If you decide not to try you can also do something like this for your lady she will appreciate it.
